Terms of Domain Purchase & Transfer

By accessing this website or submitting an offer for any domain within the xNassi portfolio, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Clean Title & Exclusive Ownership

All listed domain names are registered and controlled by Nassim (xNassi) with clean title, free of administrative liens, registrar holds, or third-party encumbrances.

2. Settlement Channels

All purchases must settle via authorized partner platforms: Unstoppable Domains (Choice #1), Spaceship, Afternic, or approved institutional escrow.

3. Lease-to-Own Operational Control

LTO agreements grant exclusive DNS operational control. In the event of default with a grace period exceeding 14 days, operational DNS reverts to the seller and prior payments are non-refundable.
